LA CIGALA ENG.


They say there are crayfish in New Zealand, and also in Japan, Africa, the Atlantic and the Caribbean.

But for us, there is only one crayfish, the Escamarlà, Mediterranean, and with unmistakable long forceps; pursued at auction, searched the market and praised in the table.

Be brave presents the challenge of being served alone. Other times it is generous and lends to the kitchen of sea and mountains.
